Year 5 Science and DT on Monday 9th March 2026
On Monday 9th March 2026 the Year 5 children developed an understanding of materials and processes. They had to generate ideas for products, explore ideas for different purposes and create a design for a special occasion.
They extended their learning by making prototypes, identifying strengths and weaknesses of their product, which they had to record.
Their final stage in a couple of weeks, will be to make a chocolate box for Easter.
