Year 6 Explorers in the Community - Monday 28th September 2026

On Monday 28th September 2026, some of our children from Year 6, who are involved in our wonderful Explorers group, designed and crafted their own birthday cards for residents in a local care home. They thought it would be  a kind and loving thing to do as they were worried that some residents may not have any family to help celebrate their birthday's and so wanted to make a difference.

What a wonderful group of children they are. And thank you to our amazing Vice Governor, Hilary, who accompanied us on our little journey.
